This is an extraordinary building with a neoclassic Art Deco style, and with a past as Eden Theater.

In 1996 the building was converted to a 4 star apartment hotel.

The hotel is located in Baixa, next to Praça do Rossio in the heart of the historical and cultural centre close to the business area, 20 minutes from the airport, and 10 minutes from the main train station Sta. Apolónia.

75 studio apartments (T0) for 1-2 persons, and 59 one-bedroom apartments (T1) for up to 4 persons. T1 has seperat bedroom, and double sofa bed in the living room.

The apartments have fully equipped kitchenette, full bathroom, hair dryer, air-conditioning, direct telephone, Satellite-TV, and safe.
